We have lived in France for over 5 years.  Like many Brits moving to France we've renovated our home, and have sourced many items from throughout Europe.  When it came to sourcing wood burning stoves, we needed units that had the capacity, style and efficiency to suit our traditional French home.  We conducted considerable research into local supplies as well as those from abroad and eventually sourced our stoves from different suppliers (both in France and abroad).

This was a time consuming exercise and not one that everyone should have to go through.  With that in mind we launched the Fire Shop in France to bring together a collection of beautiful wood burning stoves that offer style and efficiency for French homes at practical and affordable prices.
